Initial Proposal: A binding price range for your project is provided, with a retainer taken to reserve your spot and cover early design or contribute to construction deposits.

Design Phase Schematic Design: Includes site plans, conceptual sketches, preliminary floor plans, elevations, and unlimited revisions to these documents. Design Development: Offers refined floor plans, detailed elevations, and sections. Engineering: Covers structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, and energy compliance. Permitting: Preparation of permit-ready drawings and coordination with local authorities for permits. Material & Finish Selection: Involves interior design plans, material specifications, fixture/appliance selection, and 3D renderings. Construction Documents: Complete, detailed drawings and specifications for materials and installation.

Build Phase Schedule: Detailed project schedule and timeline. Pre-construction Walkthrough: Initial site walkthrough with the Chief of Operations and project lead. Project Updates: Regular status updates from the project lead. Substantial Completion: Walkthrough 1: Lead & Crew: Initial review of the finished product. Walkthrough 2: Lead & Homeowner: Review with the client to ensure satisfaction. Walkthrough 3: Lead & Chief of Operations: Final project review. Walkthrough 4: Chief of Operations & Homeowner: Final review and sign-off. Completion and Warranty: Final payment, completion letter, lien releases, and project warranty are provided.
